SAP CRM BSP Component work bench BSP_WD_CMPWB access restriction to users

Hi Experts,

Can I know how to restrict user access to BSP_WD_CMPWB BSP component work bench, We want to restrict certain users from making any changes to BSP Work bench. Can you please help with the same, I remember there was an SAP NOTE for the same, if some one has any info on the same can you please update me with the same.
