Dear experts!
Now, I'm getting some issues about Displaying picture of personnel in t.code PA30.
- The first, I done with t.code OAAD and the system display message "stored document created successfully."
- Second, I use t.code PA30 but don't see picture that is uploaded by t.code OAAD.
Help me to process the issue.
Best regards, Huy
Hi Huy,
I recommend to check the process again.
- Run OAAD
- Select PREL as business object and HRICOLFOTO as document type
- Click on Create icon in toolbar and enter personnel number, 0002 as infotype and press enter and select a photo.
This is the steps and I am sure when you receive message document is stored you have done it.
More more point is are you sure header part of PA30 is customized to show photo? You know header of PA30 and infotypes can be customize to show any data. Please make sure it's done.
Regards,
Omid

I read your guide but the system still don't display picture in t.code PA30.
I can describe the detail my issue the flowing:
I have two systems are System A and System B. I configure for both of the system. After that, I used t.code OAAD to upload picture to the system and both of the system display message "stored document created successfully.". Continue, I use t.code PA30 to check picture that is uploaded, at the same time, the system A display picture, but the system B don't display picture. I checked configuration for both of the system. they are the same.
Help me to process the issue.
Best regards, Huy

If you’re following the IMG path, you must now choose activity ‘Infotype Header Definition’
Note, Header structure per infotype and Header modifier activities describe which header is to be shown at the top of each infotype. The enticing ‘Passport photo’ option determines whether HRICOLFOTO or HRIEMPFOTO is used. Choosing either option is fine as long as all your other settings relate to that entry as well.
In the example below, the picture has been placed in header modifier ‘91’, which corresponds to screen header ‘91’, which is linked to Infotype 0002. You can choose to disp
All you need to do is add an entry for PERNR with Filed Type ‘PIC’. Column 75 puts the picture on the right hand side. The IT column is used to decide where to take the ‘Field Name’ value from. For PERNR, all infotypes have this field.
Don’t forget to GENERATE the screen header again.
When you see the resultant Infotype display you can double click on the picture will bring up a ‘large’ version of it.
Please reward if the solution is correct.
