Sorting properties inactive

Hi experts

We need to sort key figure values in BEx Analyzer.

As you can see, there is no active selection possible.

Why?

Hi,

You need to check out SAP note 1489967

Symptom
You want to sort values in the resultset of a query and the sorting option in the properties dialog of your selection is disabled.

Solution
The sorting is not possible under the following conditions:
Condition 1: When there are two structures defined in the query and both of them are in the drilldown (ex. one in rows and one in columns or both in columns/rows).
Condition 2: When there is a structure in rows, although it is the only one in the drilldown.
Condition 3: When there is a structure and a characteristic in the columns.
