Hi to all,
I have small doubt in BI.
We have capture YIN infoobject in one TR1 and is released in testing system.
We found that YIN infoobject is not captured correctly to TR1 , it shows entry under TR1 under Object Directory Entry ->R3TRIOBJYIN
so we found that object is not move to testing system.
So i created new TR2 , to capture YIN infoobject, but it shows error , as its already captured in TR1 which is released.
How to catpure YIN in TR2.

You have to unlock that object from the TR1 by using the below document.
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31394
After that you can collect again freshly in Tr2

Hi Pavneet,
Try unlocking the object bythe method mentuoned above by Jatin. Then try to collect the object in another TR.
Go into your previous TR , delete that object from previous TR.
It is inside no TR so you can now go into that object, Edit option , try to activate, it will ask for another TR number and then you can collect it in new TR.
Hope this helps till some extent.
Thanks,
Priyanka

Hi Pavneet,
Once you have captured particular object in a Transport Request(TR), then that object gets locked till the transport is released. You can check this status in T-code SE03. If it is locked, then unlock it and then you can capture it in another TR.

In 2 ways, you can do it.
1) Unlock that Object from the TR and Collect that object into new request.
Check this below thread to unlock the objects.
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-31394
2) Release the TR into which your object has been collected and create a new TR to collect your object.

Venu

Manually you can't move.
If your captured thru TR1, release them. so now they will be free. you can collected needed objects into TR2, later you can move this TR2.

The only you will be able to colelct it under different TR.

Hi
Once you release tr1 all objects will be unlocked and you are able to collect it in tr2. If this is not the case after you relased tr1 (not just the workbench part the whole tr) then part of it is on another transport. Otherwise you wont get an error
Hope that clarifies

Hi,
Once you release the request than all the objects gets free to be locked in another request.
Make sure you have released the main request and its corresponding task as well.
Once you are done with this then you may collect the object in new TR.
Hope this helps.
