Trial Balance by Postind date

I am looking for a report that can take a TB by posting date wise, I have find that there is no standard report exist with the sam.

Hi Shihab, as Mani suggested I believe you can get day wise TB with F.01 by making use of date selection option which is in Special evaluations tab.

You can extract the TB for the day from table GLT0 for the day.

Hi,

FAGLFLEXT table stores data by periods but your requirement is day wise.

So, what you can do is prepare a customized report for this.

You can use F.08 report to submit in your customized report to get the balances partially for remaining balances you have to use logic BSIS, BSAS, BKPF tables.

E.g. you require trial balance as on 16.08.2013.

So, submit f.08 report till period 07-2013 you will get July closing balances and for the august month you have to get the balances from tables like BSIS, BSAS etc.,

I dont think so, as if you want trial balance on backdate then this is not possible from FAGLFLEXA.

It is possible through BSIS and BSAS tables.

Hi MS,

You can get day wise Balance sheet with using of F.01 > Go to Special evaluations tab > Enter calender report period field to enter date's & select alternate report period selection check box also.

F.01 also gives period balances and not balance as on a particular date.

E.g. If you want generate trial balance as on 15.07.2013

Eventhough you enter calendar reporting period, system considers till 31.07.2013.

The design of SAP system is such that it displatys data by periods. However, you can also look at the compact document jounal report. (Program RFHABU10), which gives the data upto some extent.
