No alert from CBMA

One generic question. Though I had implemented the same in the single stack before but now I am facing problem in the dual stack to implement CBMA.

1. One alert rule is created in ID with selecting all required runtime components, consumer, error category etc. For testing purpose only one ICO is added which is a simple file to file scenario.

2. SMTP server configuration details are provided in java mail client.

3. Alert consumer job is scheduled with default consumer, email ids etc.

Even though some mapping error is happening, I can't see any alert is coming for this. Alert rules are successful. I can see successful status in alert configuration.

Alert consumer job is also working file, but in log I can see 0 alerts are consumed.

Any idea where else need to check.

Ensure the ALERTING_TARGET parameter within 'SXMB_ADMIN -> Integration Engine Configuration -> Configuration' is set to 1 and also that ALERTING_IS_ACTIVE is set to 1.
