    • That error ALSO appears when the LOCALE settings (viewing locale) are wrong. Example: a universe has two "translations" , using the translation Manager.

One set of values is given for locale "BE_nl" , another for BE_fr
( shown as "Belgium (Dutch)" and "Belgium (french)" )

User chooses a "viewing locale" like "French" orFrance-French , and the error may pop up .

In Rich Client today the error showed as "WIS 10709" .. as if it were a Web Intelligence Server error ... while this is surely CLIENT SIDE (local locale settings)

    Hi,

I have seen this "c3_qtds_error_en_10709" error before XI3.1 SP2. What XI3.1 production version do you have?

Couple things you can do if you are on the latest version,

    1. Break down the problem Webi report to the point it works to find out which object/cell/formula that is broken, or
    2. recreate the Webi report piece by piece to find out which object object/cell/formula that is broken.

If the broken object/cell/formula is valid, you might need SAP BO support for guidance.

    Regards,
