BADI MB_MIGO_BADI: Display customer fields on sapscript

Hello experts!

We implement the BADI MB_MIGO_BADI for a customer screen on item level. Now we would like display the customer fields on the sapscript (form: WESCHEINVERS3; program: /SMB40/M07DR; Form-Routine: ENTRY_WE03). Is it possible?

Currently we store our customer fields in a ztable. Is this solution the best way?

How we can govern the data exchange between the ztable and the corresponding fields on sapscript?
