- SAP Utilities Core: Meter to Cash and New Connection Process: SAP Utilities Core is our solution offering addressing the core Utilities industry meter-to-cash process including customer service and market process management. Read more here
- Machine Learning for implausible meter readings and outsorted billing documents: The demo showcases the specific capabilities of machine learning-based processing for implausible meter readings. It is seamlessly integrated in meter reading processing in IS-U, learns from the meter reading and consumption history, and provides the capability to determine a machine learning release confidence used to automate the release of implausible meter readings.
- Automatic Implausible MR Correction using Business Rules (BRFplus): One of the key processes for a Utility is the meter to cash process, which starts from the reading of the meter, billing and invoicing, and collecting the payment. At each step of the process, there are validation rules put in place to ensure the correct data is captured, billed and collected from the customer. The Demo focuses on the first step of the process capturing discrete meter reads from external systems and performing validations. This function is part of the S4 Utilities solution and is executed by Device Management.
- SAP FIORI Apps Billing and Meter Reading: See the new user experience for dedicated metering and billing roles and the possibilities to branch from KPI-bar charts through list views into a detailed single customer case.

Digital Twins driving the future of Business: Digital twins are a virtual representation of a physical object. The digital twin emulates all the parts of the object (or set of connected objects) to create a virtual proxy.
