We have prepared a special version for mobile so that our users can view an existing report on mobile. The data source for some of these reports comes from Datasphere, while the model for another is Import Model.
Import Model reports open smoothly on mobile. However, reports running with Datasphere sometimes say "Model information cannot be found." It gets an error like this and users cannot view the report.
We thought that the problem was related to authorization, but the same problem is experienced by the user with Admin privilege. My own device is Android and it may ask for a certificate when connected to Datasphere while opening a report. I do not encounter any problems when I proceed without selecting a certificate. Other users trying to access the report have iOS devices. I think the operating system difference may also cause the problem.
