AATP-BOP runs without selecting and updating any sales orders.(Technical Error Occurred)

Hello All,

I am facing an issue with BOP.  It is not selecting any requirements (sales order).  I have checked BOP Segment. The Simulate options from Segment does select the required orders.  Hence it confirms that BOP Segment is correctly defined. 

I tried to run BOP variant in simulation and update mode, but it does not find any order for the segment.  I tried BOP Strategy - GAIN as well as LOSE, but it did not help either. 

The BOP Segment and Variant seems to be correct.  It is puzzling why it is not selecting any orders.  There are hundreds of orders in the system which should be selected during the BOP run.  The processing status in the Monitor BOP Run App is shows Red Cross symbol (with tool tip as Technical Error Occurred). Refer below screenshot. 
None of BOP jobs / variants are selecting any orders.  They all are having similar issue / technical error.  All those variants/segments work without any issue in other system, but those seems to not work in our QAS-2 system.

Hi Satish,

The BOP does not process anything due to a technical error -> check the BOP log in the BOP Monitor APP. It should provide you further details. The SM37 spool does not show the same information as the BOP log.
