IF_FPM_TABBED_CONF_EXIT Problem

Hi experts

I have been working with sap mdg nwbc and i want to use IF_FPM_TABBED_CONF_EXIT to assign a tab to message because the message needs to have a link with field.

Is it possible with standard application?

i put it in /PLMU/WDC_FRW_APPL_CNTRL but the method is not called when i click in message link.

somebody knows how to solve it?
