GOS problem => read local file before opening menu

Hi experts,

very strange problem that occurs more and more the last days:

User opens for example a PO (ME23N) and press the little arrow in the GOS object on top to open the menu of the GOS object. Now we session freezes for ~ 10 minutes, then the menu is open. Now user is able to open and close the menu "online". If I do the same => no problem! 

Did some traces (SAP side, Gui side), found that the system wants to change file permissions of a file on a share for that user. Problem => share not available anymore. Same trace for my user => system do not want to change file permissions on that share. 

NOw changed security in SAPGUI itself (From deactivated to customized). Now I get 7 popups, all to files on a share...I don't get the point why with opening GOS menu system wants to change file permissions? It is really just opening menu!

SAPGUI version from 740 to 800, doesn't matter.

Any ideas and suggestions?
