How to change planning status "not relevant for planning" from Freight Units?

Hello together

when I am trying to insert FU into my Freight Orders, the FU cannot be assigned because FU is "not relevant for planning" (see attached).

I have already checked my customizing in Public Cloud, but did not resolve this error message.

Additionally, I cannot see my FU in the Transportation Cockpit for Road Freight.

Edit: How can I see the reason for the planning restriction?
