[BUG] Notification feed, doubles when multiple followed tags assigned

Hi,

Just noticed that in the notification feed, when a question has been given multiple tags that I follow, the notification comes on multiple times:

Please note that only one question was posted. It was assigned the SQL and Microsoft SQL Server tags, both of which I follow.

We've not been able to recreate this bug, and I can't find any records of anyone reporting a similar problem.

Was this a one-time error or do you see this happening consistently with notifications including multiple tags that you subscribe to?

I don't remember this kind of bug. I'll check cautiously in case it happens.

For the most part, they appear to simply be one notification per tag, which, although not very helpful, is understandable. But then there is a case like this with only one tag:

I have also not been able to find more examples of the original case with 4 notifications, but it could perhaps be technically the same as the case above? So some core issue can create a double notification, which is then multiplied by the number of tags assigned.
