Enhanced New Hire Experience
With this release, new hires can now leverage a simplified new user interface to easily view and complete all outstanding tasks on one page. The enhanced new hire experience provides new hires with an improved onboarding process, offering a comprehensive view of the entire onboarding journey. By guiding new hires through an intuitive, step-by-step process, you can simplify task completion while allowing new hires to track their progress, manage outstanding tasks, and complete them with ease.
Mass Handling of Tasks
To help streamline the hiring process, hiring managers can now complete mass outstanding tasks for multiple new hires, reducing bottlenecks and improving process efficiency. Hiring managers can select up to 100 new hires to complete standard new hire activities for, such as completing the welcome message, assigning a buddy, or recommending people.
Automated Hiring
For SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central customers, automatic processing of new hires from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding helps expedite hiring by skipping tedious data validation steps, when necessary. This capability is specifically valuable in cases of mass, seasonal, deskless, or high-volume hiring to boost efficiency and reduce the time it takes to bring on new employees.
