Strategy profile assignment

I am PP/APO Guy -I have a location and product - I also have a strategy profile - In which screen (in which Tcode) do i assign/set  Loc-prod-resources against a strategy profile 

i could see strategy profile in multiple places , there should always be Global level and local level - in which screen strategy profile is assigned at Global level and in which screen at local level ?

When a run is conducted which takes precedence ?

I would be happy to get answers for this

The strategy profile maintenance is done at transaction /SPRO (customizing).

Then the menu expansion depends on the SAP product version. But usually this is the path:

Click in the 'clock' button to run it, then you can create new entries or copy existing ones.

When working with user-specific profiles, you enter a Customizing ID in the profile maintenance. If you are working with general profiles, you leave this empty.

If you want to perform scheduling using your own user-specific settings, you should create profiles with your user name in profile maintenance as a Customizing ID. (The user name is the name with which you log on to the system).

The system automatically uses the user-specific profiles - if they exist - in the product planning board and order view (otherwise, it uses the general profiles). You can specify any profiles you want if you call up the detailed scheduling planning board directly.
