Stock Ageing Report just gone live of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Hi,

There's a question raised regarding stock ageing report when a client site has just gone live with S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Can anyone share their experience if stock ageing report can be done when the client is quite new or has just gone live?

Obvious answer (if i'm not mistaken) is NO, standard reporting for stock ageing might not be of use in the beginning, for obvious reason of not having historical dates when posting "just the opening stock balance" when going live. 

But I'm more particularly interested in possible customized reporting, or perhaps possible use of SAP Analytics Cloud if needed.  Or perhaps is there a special way (or work around) of posting opening stock balance in S/4HANA Cloud for go live purposes, in such a way that you can bring-in some sort of historical dates as well... and in that way stock ageing report can be useful even if the client has just gone live with the system?
