I would like to ask.
The issue with relying solely on safety stock is that when products are held in safety stock, customers are unaware that they can access these items, and the delivery date for customers is based on their position in the queue. Consequently, the visibility of stock availability and the ability for customers to access goods from available stock are not evident in daily operations.
Would implementing a reordering point resolve this problem? If not, what alternative method could address this issue?
