Dear all,

I have setup all steps to run the dashboard into SAP B1 SQL version. But I am facing error like This plugin is not supported. 

What is the solution for that error like This plugin is not supported.

Hi nikunjmehta2290,

This is because as of the end of 2020, SAP will no longer support Adobe Flash-based dashboards, i.e., Crystal dashboards, embedded within SAP Business One.

Check SAP Note 3014120 for the same.

Hi Ankit Ji,

Thanks for the reply. As I have open the mentioned SAP note. It is suggested to delete the all the dashboard. Not provide other information.

What is the other alternative solution to see this type dashboard into SAP B1 SQL?

As mentioned in the following blog: End-of-life for Adobe Flash-based Dashboards embedded in SAP Business One 

You can replace affected customer dashboards, with the SAP Business One Web Client Analytics, Advanced Dashboards or by using SAP Analytics Cloud.
