Reverse WIP clearing

Hi,

We have already processed WIP clearing but later found there are lot of variances against the production lots. We corrected it but don't have an option to reverse or reset the WIP clearing run. I understand by standard there is no option to reverse this process. but wanted to know what else is possible in this case.

As if you check the GL account for work in progress - the balance is quite high, and we expect it to zero once we are able to reschedule the run.

Dear All,

Currently, it is not possible to reverse a WIP Clearing. See KBA 2815888 - WIP Clearing Run Reversal for additional information, please.

See KBA 1937478 - WIP Clearing Generates Journal Entry to G/L Account Price Difference from Production I... for a possible workaround.

Another possible workaround is to post a Manual Journal Entry Voucher to adjust the amounts.
