Material determination - Requirement in SAP Cloud public

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to add a requirement (logic?) to the material determination procedure in the cloud public solution.

Indeed, I would like to be able to peform the substitution only if the material is not available (shortage).

The main recommendation is to explore the Product Substitution functionality of Advanced Available-to-Promise Processing (1JW), as this is the standard approach to address this requirement.

You can find here the Material Determination standard content. Currently there is no custom logic available.
