How to open the MM closed period, when Material Ledger is active on Plants. ??

Hi Experts,

My problem is, that the March 2024 9th period was closed by mistake before running the material ledger current period is the 11th but my 9th-period ml activities are pending. The OSS NOTES 487381 MMPI_READ_NOTE is added in su3, but when I use the MMPI for the open 9th period of March then the system shows an error the material ledger is active; you can not initialize valuation area 1000. My material ledger activities are pending for March 2024 and also to be executed ML in April 2024.

Please advise.

That worked for me couple times but the prerequisite was that no posting were made in the erroneously opened periods.

"Thank you for your response. However, my question pertains to the closure of my March 2024, MM period and the need to reopen it. Currently, I am in the May 2024 period. The system is not allowing me to reopen the March period. Please suggest a solution. It is crucial as my March material ledger activities are pending, and I need to perform the April 2024 material ledger activities thereafter.
