Hi a_17mango,

It appears to be ITM12 table template.

The ITM12 - ItemUnitOfMeasurement import file should contain all the rows up to and including the row that you want to update for all the items that are being imported/updated. Check the ITM12 database table as a reference.

Refer to SAP Note 1924616 for the same.
