Customer Demand is created but some one items were not released.

Good day.

I have the following scenario that I have not been able to replicate and we want to know why the system behaved in this way.

1. A Sales Order with Delivery Priority: IMMEDIATE was created, hoping that in the Customer Demand the items have the released status.

2.The Customer Demand is created but some one items were not released.

Why didn't the system release all the items if the ATP was green "Confirmed Sufficiently"?

This issue seems to be specific to your system. It would be best if you create an incident/case so SAP Product Support can check the issue in detail.
