Crystal report error

I am using SAP Business One 9.3 PL:05. We are using MS SQL server 2016 as database. We are using crystal reports in many documents. All reports were running properly. Now we have changed the password of database and SAP was re-installed. Everything in SAP is updated except the crystal report. All the components are restored and SAP is working properly. But while executing the crystal reports it is giving error as,

Cannot load the rpt file
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

These errors occur in sequence

I have faced similar issue earlier, Using Following SAP Note 2845037 - Reinstalling SAP Crystal Reports and Associated SAP Business One Components. I have resolved the issue.

Please follow the steps and let me know.
