SAP uses the advance returns process that provides multiple follow on integrations for an end to end returns management solution.
Can we use the returns process to also manage customer consignment pick up ? It does not seem to be possible to use advance returns for consignment pick up, but would like to get a feedback from the esteemed members if this is possible with adding consignment pick up to the advance returns process.
