We are generating Leave Quota through PT60 where PL is generated in January every year whereas for new joiners PL is generated after 1 year from Joining Date on pro-rata basis. Unutilized Leaves will lapse on every 31st December.
In addition to this, for new joiners, we want: -
- PL Quota to be generated on completing 6 months.
- This Quota will not lapse on 31st December of the year in which employee has completed 6 months.
