In S/4 Hana Cloud, public ed. Renumber/Convert Ren. GL Accounts will also update transactinal data?

In S/4 Hana Cloud, public ed., by using  Renumber/Convert Ren. GL Accounts the new G/L account IDs are written into the configuration tables, master data but also into transactional data already recorded in DEV system, in other words, documents already posted in DEV will be updated after the Renumber and Convert Ren.GL Accounts if the account on them are now renumber?
