I have the requirement to carry out an authorization process for the Cancellation documents, it can be any document such as an invoice or a credit note.

Is it possible to carry out an authorization process for cancellation documents?

Hi,

SAP Business One does not support approval to cancellation documents. You can refer the note 2896619 - Approval Process Not Triggered When Cancellation Invoice Is Added - SAP for Me

In this case, you can use authorization instead.
