Hello Pavan,

please refer to the following document that might contain useful information for you:
Status Management in Marketing Plan Objects

Basically the status profile is linked to the TP type - this is defined in the marketing plan customizing. You can either get the status profile via the customizing or check table CRM_JSTO for existing TPs.
