Dear Experts,
Our client has created a form in which there is a text entry. It contains a query.
Following the manual, it is possible to link that interaction (Note) as an Appointment in the Interactions tab of the Contact Person app.
However, we want to see all the inputs from the field in a report, in an aggregated form.
We have investigated and it is possible to create a target group with the people who have filled out that form (interaction type = appointment), but we cannot see the aggregated responses.
Where can you see the aggregated results of the notes?

We had a similar request where our requirement was to replicate text responses as lead notes when replicating to SAP Sales Cloud. At the time, this was not possible - I believe there was a workaround but involved customisation (unfortunately I can't find my notes on this). Unless someone else within the community has managed to get this to work, it might be worth discussing with SAP support or your SAP Success Manager. There's definitely a strong use case here for many of us!
