C4C Add On Key Account Management

I am looking for all your experiences with the use of the Add On for Key Account Management :

Of course Key Account Management as a business process can be supported by standard SAP Sales Cloud functionality like account hierarchy, opportunities, buying centers, competitors. This add on offers an object called 'Account Development Plan' that besides the sales cloud functionality mentioned, includes certain KAM specific reports, key figures, SWOT analyses, Strategy and action plans.

Any documentation, manuals are more then welcome.

This Add On is not available in the SAP Store, but is managed by a sales team at SAP, part of IBSO. This add-on requires additional purchase. Perhaps try contacting this customer's SAP account executive to purchase this product or request documentation.

I am aware of this and asked SAP (we are waiting for feedback).

I am curious to hear from other consultants on their implementation experiences with this add on and any use ful documentation on the functionality it self.

Little comment from my side: the add on (which is quite an interesting product) is used by a relatively small group of customers and is implemented by SAP. So no response or little response is to be expected to this post.
