Sometimes you can get an annoying dump like the one below.



In such a scenario, the screenshot above is not enough for support engineers to identify the root cause. If you are reporting a dump issue, please also provide the information, including without limitation, listed as follows.

  1. Did all users face the same dump?

  2. Provide an affected user ID and technical ID.

  3. Detail the steps to reproduce the dump.

  4. Expand the dump details and take a screenshot. For example:

  5. Follow the marks below to open the developer tools. Then reproduce the dump and take a screenshot.


Ideally, the detailed information above could save 1-2 days when dealing with a dump.
