SAP record Management for HR DPF

Hello, Does anybody has implemented SAP Record Management for HR Digital Personnel File. Well I am first time implementing this feature and I have already gone through link - http://scn.sap.com/people/cs.y/blog/2012/02/10/digital-personnel-files-in-sap-hcm. But still I am unable to co relate things. Does anybody has better resources or links which can help in customizing the RMS. I would highly appreciate any help in this regard.
