SAC - Edit mode button in story disappeared

Out of the blue the button for Edit mode disappeared in all my stories in SAP Analytics Cloud. My role is content creator so this should not happen. Stories are saved in "Samples" folder and our developer told me this folder is managed by SAP and out of his reach. Any idea why the "Edit" mode is disabled to me please?

Hi Martin,

Last update for fast track tenants was deployed on 12th of jan. Perhaps something was changed, but I guess your authorization is limited by removing a role. Perhaps you can ask your administrator to grant you the BI Admin role and validate.

Hi martin_mh,

Sample folder is not meant to be used for normal business usage, it's a folder for standard content delivered by SAP as example. Content creator has no edit right to stories under this folder. My theory is properly you used to have Admin role which has now been removed.

Hi William, thanks for reply. Now I know the storage should be somewhere else. But what is strange, I worked with the stories in the Samples folder in Edit mode more than a year and everything worked perfectly. It stopped just today, did SAP make any updates?
