Country gets defaluted US everytime I log in

Hi Team,

Every time i log in using the below link the country is shown as United States. I change it to India and when re-login it shows US. Is this normal.

Or do you have to use the link SAP Software & Solutions | Technology & Business Applications | SAP India to login in
