ZMRQ - no transaction type in UI - SOLMAN 7.1

Hello,

We have just followed SOLMAN_SETUP and now reviewing the setup in SOLMAN 7,1

I find that in SOLMANREQU or SOLMANPRO the ZMRQ transaction type is blank.  I have checked what SAP has done and it seems correct, business roles, copy controls, item category seem all correct.

I do notice the standard delivered UI role SAP_SM_CRM_UIU_SOLMANREQU is blank.

Anyone else out there with the same experience?

Hi

check the authorization for object CRM_ORD_PR, assign the transaction type you want in PR_TYPE.

Also made the below entry in DNO_CUST04 tcode

PROCESS_TYPE_ADD     value ZMRQ

This will resolve your problem
