WINGUI Shortcut file from Enterprise Portal

Hi Gurus,

I need your help for solving a weird issue.

I have a WinGui Transaction Iview on EP for calling a custom transaction. The property "Technique for starting SAP GUI for Windows" has "SAP Shortcut File (SSF)" value because we need to use MS Edge browser as a default.

I have a weird behavior:

Client X with Win 7 and SAP GUI 7.60 - User XXX - Chrome click on link, shortcut file is downloaded and I am able to see the window with custom transaction

Client X with Win 7 and SAP GUI 7.60 - User XXX - Ms IE click on link, shortcut file is downloaded and I am not able to see the window with custom transaction but i can see Easy Access Menu transaction

Client Y with Win10 and SAP GUI 7.40 - User XXX - Chrome click on link, shortcut file is downloaded and I am able to see the window with custom transaction

Client Y with Win10 and SAP GUI 7.40 - User XXX - EDGE click on link, shortcut file is downloaded and I am not able to see the window with custom transaction but i can see Easy Access Menu transaction

I used the same user for accessing on EP, I used different laptops and different browsers and sap gui, but i don't have the same behavior. I need to open always the custom transaction and not Easy Access Menu.

I thought that MYSAPSSO2 string contained into .sap file could be the problem but if i open the file that shows Easy Access Menu on another client i can see my custom transaction so shortcut file should be ok.

What do i need to check?
