Which adobe font version is compatible for support Citrix VDI

Hi SAP team,

We are currently using Adobe Reader DC (2200120142) for SAP GUI Windows 7.40 version inside a VDI. However, some of user are having issue during print preview with error "The Acrobat PDF browser plug-in is missing. Please reinstall Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader to fix this problem.". We would like to ask which adobe font version is most compatible for support Citrix VDI.
