What happened to Currency property for Generic dimension, why did it disappear?

Last year, SAP offered an Open Course Planning with SAP Analytics Cloud.  I am trying to perform the guided exercise of Week 1.

Page 14 of these exercises instructs as follows: 
Create dimension SAP_CEP_SALESORG as a GENERIC dimension.  
Then click on properties for this dimension.
Under system properties, move the slider to the right to Enable currency.

When I create this dimension, there is no system property to set Enable currency.

On page 16, the exercise instructs to create another dimension SAP_CEP_ENTITY as a generic dimension.

When I click on its properties, you guessed it, there is no system property to enable currencies.

I realize that I could have created either one of these dimensions as type Organization, but only one dimension Organization is permitted.

So my question if how to define a currency property for both SAP_CEP_SALESORG and SAP_CEP_ENTITY because the data files that SAP provided include a column for currency in both of the Excel spreadsheets.

Hi @robertmcgaffic,

  With latest update of modeler UI, adding currency property workflow is streamlined with adding other properties for a dimension. You can select properties type 'Currency' from there.  So the 'Enable Currency' setting is removed. For organization type dimension, currency is a default property.

Hi Bob, as of release 2023.14, and to offer a consistent user experience, the option Enable Currency has been removed from the properties section in the modeler's side panel. Instead, users can create a property of type Currency in the Create Property dialog.
