UWL not Showing ERP tasks

Hi,

we are implementing a custom WF in SAP ECC and we want to render workitems in our SAP Enterprise Portal.

We have created the Alias (R3) in the Portal system landscape and the connection (R3$WebFlowConnector) in NWA destination configuration.

In UWL configuration, everything is fine and our task (TS99900011) is visible in the configuration file but in my workoverview the workitems are not visible.

I also have tried to set a breakpoint on FM UWL_SWN_GET_WORKLIST in ECC and the internal table WORKLIST is filled with the desired workitems once I refresh my worklist in the portal UWL.

Plus, we have found a different Iview in the portal (First Page) where those workitems are shown properly as tasks but we want to show them in UWL since users are usual to use that since they are already using for SRM's workitems.

Please also have a look at Note ##2142932 - New item does not appear in the View after UWL refresh [VIDEO]

You need to ensure in R/3 transaction code SBWP, work items are indeed listed there.
and
Webflowconnetor status is showing correct.

You may also check KBA: 2057984 - Item shown in SBWP transaction is not displayed in UWL
1772219 - UWL is empty for a specific user when using WebFlowConnector

2530414 - Workitems are not appearing in UWL for particular user

Hi Andrea,

What is that other iview in First page where the workitem is seen.

In SBWP transaction backend R3 is the workitems are seen?

If the items appear in sbwp and not coming in uwl then check the R3webflow connector status.
