User without global accounts associated in SAP BTP Cockpit - trial

I want configure Mail Server from SAP Build Lobby. Whenever I click on OPEN IN BTP COCKPIT, below message is displayed (see screenshot).:

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this issue. 

CUSTOM IAS TENANT is showing me this.

How do i resolve this issue ?

I could observe similar behavior in trial, however it works fine in other productive BTP accounts.

As a workaround, you could anyways access your trial subaccount directly without reaching it via SAP Build lobby

Still when I am clicking on OPEN IN BTP COCKPIT, I am getting the same issue as before. Do u have any other solution ?
