Upgrade Strategy needed

We would like to discuss upgrade strategy from crystal report xi to Crystal report 2020.

We also want to know crystal report Infoview changed to which platform and how to move all data.

Infoview is replaced by Fiori BI Launchpad

My suggestion would be to review Crystal Reports and Crystal Reports Server documentation here : http://help.sap.com first.
Then install Crystal Reports 2020/CRS 2020 in a test system and run test and familiarity exercises.
there is no direct path to move from XI to 2020, you'll have to install intermediate CR 2016 server as well, import reports into it from XI, then move them to 2020....
