We have an existing Crystal Server 2016 installation with many reports and scheduled tasks. This needs to be moved from an old Windows 2012 server to a new 2022 server.
I am looking for documentation on the best way to do this. Is it best to first upgrade the existing server to CS 2020 and then move to the new server? Or install CS 2020 on the new server and migrate data and reports from the current CS 2016 to this new server?
I am looking through the installation documentation but not finding anything about moving to a new server. Any guidance and feedback on where to start will be greatly appreciated!
