update responsible field in service call after assignation to specific technician

Hello everyone,

Need your support to facing this issue when the ticket replicate from C4C to FSM has a responsible name and after assigned its from dispatching board in FSM to another technician the responsible name in service call doesn't matched with activity page . When responsible filed on activity updates same value will update the responsible filed in the service

for Example :

  • the ticket appeared in dispatching board and need to assigned in this step will assign its to technician which named "X" this name appear in responsible person field in activity but if we go to service call for the same ticket found that a responsible field not contained "X".
  • Then we need to do action by using business rule like documentation guide to make the two responsible field in service call page and activity page are equal and contain "X".
