Hi Experts,
Recently I have taken over a HANA-SAP server during our company's merging, unfortunately there is close to zero information on this server. In any case, I happen to require to reset the SYSTEM password but I often stuck at this setInactive stage.
Any ideas on what I can do? I do not have an active SAP account, so I am not able to view any of the KBs.

Hi Ash,
The HANA services appear to be still in the shutdown phase.
Your HANA Admin, or those user(s) with access to the SYSTEM user and HANA studio would really need to check the HANA service trace files from both the SYSTEMDB and Tenant DB to determine if there is a hang during shutdown.
If root cause cannot be determined, open a SAP Support case under the HAN-DB component.
