Unable to push local code to XSA

I am doing my local development in VS Code. I am trying to push my local node.js application to XSA Cockpit. Its failing and giving the following error -

Can anybody tell me, why such error is coming and how to resolve it?

There might be several reasons for this, like timeout before your app is uploaded to XSA. Please have a look at https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2880492 (S-user is required) for more troubleshooting information.
