Unable to Merge Multiple PDF Outputs(AdobeForm-OPD) as a single spool in Billing Document

We have a requirement to merge multiple outputs from the same Adobe Form with different set of data and generate a single spool. We have succeeded in merging the outputs and generating a single spool by setting the output parameter BUMMODE = 'M' and got the merged spool document as below in SP01.

But , Despite the spool existing in SP01 , the output in the Invoice when checked from VF02/03 is going into error with the messages 'Error(s) occurred when rendering the output item' and 'Spool request could not be found'.

Kindly let me know if anyone has succeeded in implementing this type of requirement.
