Hi
Can anyone help in resolving the same.
CPI is sending Product data to CommerceCloud with below settings in CPI.
1,Receiver ODATA adapter is configured
Proxy:Internet
Autthentication:Client certificate
2.Certificates -root and full chain certificates are extracted from browser of endpoint url used in receiver channel of hybris backoffice endpoint.
3.CPI certificates are uploaded in hYbris commerce cloud portal.
4.Connectvity test in CPI is successful
When CPI sends data to hybris using odata i see the below error
unable to find valid certification path to requested target, cause: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
Can anyone suggest here? Its urgent hence appreciate the help.
Thanks
i think, as its commerce cloud, it would have website url ( like flipkart, amazon etc ) and API urls.
check Root CA of both url are same or diff. if its diff, get the missing certificate uploaded into CPI.
In my knowledge, certificates we download from websites url are for https connection, where secure tunnel gets established.
For certificate based authentication, you could try, ask the admin team of commerce cloud team to share the server certificate for the same.
I found this point "To solve this issue do the following:
under https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2514375.
See if you can use cloud connector at commerce side.

Hi Robson
I have gone through the same.
Still no luck - could be the reason as stated that CPI doesnt recognises Hybris CA which is not part of its trusted CA.
Thanks
